Sobi Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Team Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Regulatory Affairs team and overseeing the management of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve program performance and achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success and growth.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business, or public health).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
