**Your Mission**

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process in its entirety:

  • Chase profiles on LinkedIn,
  • Identify the most suitable sourcing tools for the profile,
  • Sourcing profiles in commerce, marketing, HR in the IT sector,
  • Be the point of contact with temporary work agencies and partners,
  • Write and publish job postings on job boards,
  • Pre-qualify candidates,
  • Conduct physical interviews with candidates,
  • Manage and animate the candidate pool,
  • Participate in and intervene at salons, forums, and school relations (to come).

**Required Profile**

You hold a higher education degree in human resources or equivalent and justify a successful first experience in recruitment, ideally in ESN or IT/middleware professions.

Dynamism, rigor, reactivity, listening skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are your main assets. Join SCC France and my team
