Job Title: Global Process Owner Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Process Owner Supply Chain to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As a key member of our Commercial Business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Main Distribution Systems (MDS) for our locations in Obernai, France, and Blieskastel, Germany.

Your Mission

As Global Process Owner Internal Supply Chain, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring MDS Supply Chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Your mission will be to drive operational excellence and quality service across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end MDS supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing & Supply Chain, Operations, D&I, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Supply Chain strategy.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and drive operational excellence and quality service.
  • Lead global change management initiatives related to logistics processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
  • Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with key supply chain partners and suppliers to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to regional logistics teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and related fields. Your profile should include:

  • Advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and/or related fields.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful supply chain processes and tools.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
  • Fluent in English, and German or French.
  • Ability to travel in Europe.
