Research Group
The research group of Olivier Delattre is a partner of the KOODAC Cancer Grand Challenge project, a collaborative effort to deliver transformative new therapies for children with solid malignancies driven by oncoproteins. Our team has pioneered the discovery and functional characterization of the EWSR1::FLI1 oncoprotein of Ewing sarcoma.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to investigate the mechanisms of the regulation of EWSR1::FLI1 protein stability and collaborate with chemical biology teams to identify therapeutic strategies to degrade or stabilize this protein to induce toxicity on Ewing cells.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the regulation of EWSR1::FLI1 protein stability
- Collaborate with chemical biology teams to identify therapeutic strategies
- Contribute to the development of innovative treatments for Ewing sarcoma
Requirements
- PhD in molecular and cellular biology or biotechnology
- Good knowledge in oncology and molecular and cellular biology
- Expertise in protein biochemistry is a plus
- Good proficiency in English
- Scientific rigor and excellent analytical and synthetic capabilities
- Team spirit and dynamic personality with passion for innovation and problem-solving
Contract Information
- Fixed-term contract (COD)
- Full-time position
- Remuneration according to the current grids
