Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy Supplier Quality Assurance requirements in product and process development and warranty in accordance with Sourcing and project organisation.
- Communicate and validate quality specifications and SPQD plan with suppliers during the tender phase.
- Manage the SQS phase until the Business Award in coordination with sourcing, validating relevant waivers.
- Perform SPQD plan by setting up relevant action plans throughout the product/process development to reach Supplier FAI on time.
- Apply the DFQ process and validate each milestone.
- Hand over to SQA and manage warranty issues linked to suppliers in collaboration with Project warranty responsible.
Management, Performances, and Reporting:
- Inform SPQD manager, Sourcing, and Industrial and engineering/projects entities about main issues and increase ROE.
- Report on activity and manage indicators, such as visual management.
- Participate in the management of yellow suppliers status.
- Ensure required qualifications to have the right level of expertise.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement Program:
- Propose good practices.
- Contribute to APSYS roadmap's SPQD related questions.
Requirements:
Master degree level or equivalent.
Technical Knowledge/Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in SQA, SPQD, Production management, engineering, or industrial.
- Understanding of technical interdependencies.
- Knowledge of quality tools (problem-solving tools, Quality Walls).
Behavioral and Technical Skills/Competencies:
- People management and leadership.
- Persuasive and motivating people.
- Organized and reactive.
