About the Position:
INTERACTION TOULON is currently seeking a skilled COOK / HEAD CHEF M/F for a seasonal or temporary position with a well-known holiday club.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to a structured culinary production plan, while adhering to strict food hygiene and safety protocols.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of both hot and cold dishes in accordance with established technical guidelines.
- Management of stock and kitchen supplies.
- Collaboration with the head chef in menu planning and development.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Implementation of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
