We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Officer to temporarily join our teams at ProductLife Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and make available the list of ingredients for our cosmetic products.
  • Validate the proofs of packaging to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and transmit export regulatory files to our clients' representatives in various countries.
  • Collect and analyze information/documents constituting the European Legal Files (ELF) and ensure their completeness and compliance.
  • In the long term, there may be opportunities to participate in a project to redesign an IT tool for regulatory affairs.

Requirements:

  • First experience in a similar position in the cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Team player with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Rapidly available to start.
