This role sits within the Engineering Team at Teads, focusing on driving innovation and growth through data-driven insights. Your mission will be to:
• Develop, implement and maintain advanced machine learning algorithms and models to improve existing products and drive new ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide data-driven recommendations to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Teads remains at the forefront of innovation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with experience in implementing them in real-world applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
