The Ludres facility is currently seeking two skilled Setters:

• Ensure safe operation of production lines to maintain both quantity and quality standards.
• Adhere to production schedules, quality assurance protocols, and maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and traceability.
• Execute tool and format adjustments, along with basic maintenance tasks.
• Address equipment malfunctions and communicate challenges and proposed solutions to management.
• Comply with site QHSE regulations, BRC Packaging standards, and product safety measures.
• Facilitate the efficient operation of production lines and ensure the compliance of finished products.

Setters are expected to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and technical support to address challenges, maintain quality, and document actions taken. Reporting anomalies and suggesting improvements is a key responsibility.

• Required expertise includes proficiency in workshop software, equipment handling, and operational skills.
• Educational background: High School Diploma or a minimum of 5 years in machine operation, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Necessary certifications: CACES license and driving authorization.
