Job Title: RCM Engineer M/F

We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Engineer M/F to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our oil and gas production installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform RCM activities, including analysis of failures, definition of equipment reliabilities, and study of criticality of the equipment.
  • Conduct RAM analysis to support maintenance and operations in compliance with COMPANY standards.
  • Develop and implement data-driven approaches to optimize spare parts and stock inventory.
  • Ensure that maintenance operations are prepared in strict accordance with COMPANY's current safety rules and operating procedures.
  • Train offshore assistant personnel as required.
Requirements:
  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in conditional base maintenance and vibration monitoring equipment.
  • 5 years' experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
  • RCM activities: analysis of failures, definition of equipment reliabilities, study of criticality of the equipment, MTBF/MTTR, failure rate, and recommendation of maintenance strategy.
  • RAM Analysis: perform reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies to support maintenance and operations in compliance with COMPANY standards.
  • SAP/R3 experience and know-how.
  • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French and Portuguese language recommended.
