Geismar, a global leader in railway track solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their Quality Department in Marseille. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, implementing strong safety policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure product quality and supplier quality
- Lead safety initiatives and engage employees in safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Implement ISO 9001 standards and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality and safety issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector, with a strong background in quality management and safety
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Experience with project management and process improvement, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
