Role Overview
Danone France is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to support the company's ambitious finance transformation journey. As a key member of the Finance Digital Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and enhancing the company's overall competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Advanced Shared Models to equip Finance teams with a new Performance Management framework.
- Work closely with Danone Controlling teams and IT Business Partners to identify local specificities, perform gap analysis, and prepare recommendations for arbitration.
- Lead project management activities with a high level of autonomy, ensuring proper coordination between contributors, assessing risks and opportunities, and proposing mitigation actions.
- Manage coordination with other projects to anticipate impacts and define action plans.
- Animate change management activities with local teams, including impact analysis, key and end-users identification, communication, stakeholder mapping, training, and continuous improvement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in controlling, performance management, or accounting. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in project management, change management, and transformation projects will be essential. You should also have a strong interest in Digital and Transformation topics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English.
