About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to enhance our engineering department, specifically within our Authentication team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will take charge of the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of essential features that deliver significant value to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to an engineering organization that provides high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript, while testing and deploying applications and systems.
- Engage in requirements analysis, solution design, architecture, and the comprehensive delivery of key modules to offer effective business solutions.
- Participate in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring, while mentoring junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in back-end development, particularly with TypeScript and NodeJS, focusing on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Extensive experience with AWS in a production setting, ideally for high-volume, high-availability services.
- Strong adherence to code quality and engineering best practices, including testability and maintainability.
- Proficiency in Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Integration/Deployment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various roles.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design is a plus.
