Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (TSS) is a world leader in engineered polymer solutions, and we're seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant/Order Administration to join our team in Maisons-Laffite, France.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Order Handling and Monitoring: Oversee and manage the entire order processing cycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery, utilizing various tools to optimize delivery schedules.
  • ERP Account Management: Manage account-specific data in the ERP system, including Incoterms and payment terms.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Conduct forecasting to ensure long-term delivery capabilities and inventory management, planning at the item level to meet future customer demand.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify and pursue additional opportunities for both new and existing customers, handling opportunity management and quotes for focus and managed accounts.
  • Item and Order Management: Create items for non-standard requests, review and approve customer drawings, manage customer orders, and conduct basic contract reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Communication and Coordination: Process commercial complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Support the preparation for and participate in customer visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
  • Strong forecasting and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in French and English.
