Digital Architecture Specialist

Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled Architecte Digital to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap of our connectivity and infotainment subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the architecture of our subsystems, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, deadline, and performance.
- Lead a design group, bringing together stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality subsystems.
- Manage the identification of needs and negotiation with upstream stakeholders, ensuring the coherence of our solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of Stellantis subsystem engineering methodologies and ensure technology watch for our subsystems.
- Coordinate activities involving stakeholders from all technical centers and develop the technical policy of our subsystems.
- Engineer degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive R&D, with a strong background in system architecture engineering and MBSE.
- Leadership skills, ability to train, and cross-functional management.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade, as well as collaborate in an international environment.
