About the Role

You will bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service as a key member of our team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance at a European Institution site.

As the primary point of contact with the client, you will be responsible for writing technical intervention reports for your direct manager.

To anticipate our clients' needs, our team identifies additional renovation or adaptation works at the installation and communicates this information to the hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily rounds to check the status of the installations
• Preventive maintenance and first-level maintenance of installations
• Respect deadlines for repairs
• Follow preventive maintenance plan and self-monitor operations
• Comply with safety and hygiene instructions for interventions and materials used
• Perform all HVAC works
• Energy meter readings and reporting abnormal consumption
• Assist in other areas' works when needed
• Monitor technical interventions by external companies
• Work weekends or holidays when necessary
• Manage consumables to prevent stock shortages
• Adapt work schedule according to client needs
• Ensure quality execution in all tasks

Requirements

Electrotechnical or equivalent background

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, GTC Sanitary Operation, Sprinkler, Cold Production, Water Treatment, Cooling Tower, Electrical Modifications, Blueprint Reading
