Transport Coordinator

Adéquat Intérim, a leading temporary work and recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing and transmitting transportation documents to clients and drivers
• Controlling and preparing facturation elements for transportation services
• Coordinating with transporters to arrange transportation
• Monitoring the execution of transportation services
• Providing commercial solutions to clients
• Informing clients about transportation modalities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of the transportation industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English (desired but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Constituer le dossier de transport routier et transmettre les documents aux clients ou aux conducteurs
• Contrôler et préparer les éléments de facturation de la prestation de transport
• Réaliser des recherches de transporteurs et placer rapidement des transports sur la France
• Contrôler la réalisation d'une prestation
• Proposer des solutions commerciales appropriées
• Informing clients about transportation modalities

Requirements:

• Connaissance du domaine du transport obligatoire
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English (desired but not required)
