Job Title: Reprography Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reprography Technician to join our team at Universcience. As a key member of our Courrier et reprographie service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality document production services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Welcome and assist internal clients with their document needs and requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Technical Solutions: Provide expert technical solutions and recommendations to clients based on technical possibilities and deadlines.
• Work Order Management: Manage and process work orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion and meeting client deadlines.
• Reprography Tasks: Perform a range of reprography tasks, including copying, scanning, binding, laminating, and operating high-volume printers.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Reprography Experience: Previous experience in reprography, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with various document finishes, proficiency in Fiery software (Xerox), and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Contract Duration:

This is a minimum 2-month contract position.
