Senior Data Protection Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Protection Officer to join our team at Worldline. As a Senior DPO, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing data protection and privacy compliance across our organization in France.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Worldline Group Data Protection Officer and global business units to ensure compliance with relevant privacy requirements.
- Oversee the data protection function for the France perimeter, ensuring compliance and best practices across all business lines.
- Implement data protection policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, and controls.
- Provide guidance and assistance in handling data breaches, ensuring swift and effective response in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the organization on data protection and privacy matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and act as a primary point of contact for data protection inquiries.
- Oversee and manage complex data protection projects at both the national and multinational level.
- Master's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certified Data Protection Officer (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, etc.) preferred.
- Significant operational experience in data protection and privacy management. 7+ years of relevant working experience in privacy.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects related to data protection and privacy compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience for multinational organizations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and advocacy skills
