Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Structure:
You will be part of an agile and fast-paced team within the Internal User Experience Tribe , contributing to the efficiency of internal users. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of the Sales and Service XP team , you will engage in an international setting that prioritizes execution, collaboration, and collective growth.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing internal tools, processes, and user experiences for Sales and Service teams. Collaborating with engineering teams of 10 developers specializing in Salesforce, Full Stack, and Data Integration, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments including Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
Team Objectives:
- Drive innovation and operational efficiency in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service through improved process automation and data quality.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives essential for TheFork's growth, including revenue enhancement and sales conversion.
- Improve satisfaction levels for both restaurant partners and diners by refining sales and service interactions, thereby strengthening customer loyalty.
In this position, you will lead initiatives in:
- Product Strategy: Assist the Senior Manager in identifying opportunities and prioritizing the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and key results (OKR). Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes and data accuracy to optimize productivity.
- Project Management: Oversee projects that impact revenue, operational excellence, and data quality through all phases of Discovery, Shaping, Implementation, and Change. Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Analyze user journey challenges and propose effective solutions. Organize workshops to gather business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates on product developments and roadmap adjustments to key stakeholders, including leadership and end-users.
- Quality Assurance: Manage testing sessions and documentation to ensure the reliability of data across systems.
- Change Management: Define success metrics and ensure user adoption through feedback loops. Provide internal support and develop training materials for end-users.
- Benchmarking and Vendor Management: Evaluate tools and solutions while ensuring compliance and best practices during procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in a digital environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and data integration tools is advantageous.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English, with a good command of French.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
