Keolis Nevers is seeking a Marketing Director (M/F) to enhance its team.

With substantial revenue, Keolis operates across multiple countries, delivering sustainable and effective public transportation solutions to foster ecological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute marketing and commercial strategies aimed at boosting customer satisfaction, increasing ridership, and driving revenue growth.
  • Work in partnership with local authorities to establish mobility strategies within the region.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and contribute to the development of marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Design communication strategies, manage customer relations, and address customer feedback.
  • Oversee and guide the commercial team and service department.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and project ridership and revenue trends.
  • Engage in the overarching marketing strategy of the Group and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate both internal and external events while aiding in the rollout of innovative marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Engineering, Transportation, or Business.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the passenger transport sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital platforms.
  • A motivated, inquisitive, and energetic individual with strong creative and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Content Management Systems.
