The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best value for the hotel.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Order Management: Place and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with hotel requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
