The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Tiktok Shop Marketer to join our team and help us expand our reach in the U.S. market. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our Tiktok Shop, developing content strategies, and building meaningful partnerships with affiliates and influencers.
The Challenge
Our company is excited to launch a Tiktok Shop specifically targeting the U.S. market. To make this vision a reality, we need a skilled Tiktok Shop Marketer who can drive engagement and sales through dynamic strategies and build strong relationships with our partners.
The Requirements
- Establish and oversee the Tiktok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with our existing e-commerce platform
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand goals and audience preferences
- Create and manage engaging content, including videos and promotional posts, to drive user engagement and sales
- Identify, collaborate with, and manage affiliates and influencers to create compelling content and promote our brand
- Negotiate terms and contracts with affiliates and influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Execute and manage Tiktok ad campaigns, staying up-to-date with the latest features and trends
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong portfolio in Tiktok content marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and sales
- Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and advertising platform, with experience in creating effective ad campaigns
- Proficiency in TikTok analytics tools and reporting software, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Young, driven, and with a strong grasp of Tiktok trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
Must-Haves
- Minimum of 6 months experience in setting up and managing Tiktok Shops/pages specifically for the U.S. market
- Proven background in affiliate and influencer management, with a track record of creating successful partnerships
- US-based, with minimal travel requirements
