Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Composite Manufacturing Technician (M/F) to contribute to our operations.

In this role, you will report directly to the team leader and be integral in the production of components utilizing advanced composite materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, aramid, and boron.

Your responsibilities will encompass the reception of fabric kits, the molding of components, and the preparation of the curing environment. You will also oversee the demolding process post-curing and ensure that tools are properly conditioned for the molding workshops.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Manufacturing Record Procedure meticulously.
  • Layer draping and repeat the compaction cycle as per the provided instructions.
  • Conduct self-checks on the positioning of folds using templates, plots, and lasers.
  • At the conclusion of draping, create a watertight cooking assembly by integrating suction pipes/vacuum draft valves and, if necessary, thermocouple probes according to established standards.
  • Complete traceability documentation including follower sheets and self-control sheets (FAC).
  • In instances of defects or uncertainties, promptly notify the Team Leader or Workshop Manager for inspection.
  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines diligently.
  • Engage in the analysis of defective components to foster quality improvement.
Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) is required, and the role operates on a 2*8 schedule.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, such as a vocational baccalaureate in composite modeling or CQPM, and will be recognized for their precision and manual skills.
