The Role: Marketing & Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Sales Associate. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in both marketing and sales functions, working closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records within our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Serve as the Salesforce CRM administrator, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce, contributing to brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Participate in various marketing activities, including content creation and event planning.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for communication and digital tools is essential.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in communication techniques, marketing operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
