Our client, a prestigious European Agency, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to provide their expertise in data networks.
Key Responsibilities- Establish the testing scope for each release or delivery;
- Oversee the planning of testing activities, encompassing both functional and non-functional testing, to be executed by contractors;
- Engage in the requirements analysis phase to ensure a robust testing strategy is formulated;
- Ensure the setup and maintenance of all processes related to Quality Management;
- Collaborate with contractors and the security team to develop a strategy for security and penetration testing;
- Facilitate effective collaboration among contractors to ensure comprehensive end-to-end functional and non-functional testing of the involved systems;
- Review and validate Test Summary Reports along with testing evidence provided by contractors, offering expert feedback on deliverables;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Quality Management;
- Assist the project team and the Contracting Authority with all Quality Management-related issues;
- Plan, support deployment, and manage the testing efforts for various engagements;
- Participate in test management meetings, including key project milestones;
- Conduct quality audits and assessments of IT processes;
- Organize end-user testing, including user acceptance testing.
- At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Expertise in IT testing with a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle and automation tools;
- In-depth knowledge of testing standards and methodologies;
- Solid project and contract management skills;
- Practical experience with project management tools and methodologies;
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills;
- Commitment to applying high-quality standards to all tasks;
- Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies;
- Proficient in documentation writing;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with development teams;
- Experience and a willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
