We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Sustainability Specialist to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HSE documentation writing and validation to contribute to the success of our operation and maintenance development project.
Job Summary:
- Develop and maintain all HSE documentation required for the operation and maintenance of petrochemical units, including training programs, audit procedures, incident investigation protocols, and emergency response plans.
- Participate in HAZOP and HAZID reviews to ensure that all potential hazards are identified and mitigated.
- Serve as the primary interface between the operations and maintenance teams, providing guidance on HSE best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HSE recommendations and instructions for the Operation and Maintenance annual service.
- Contribute to the O&M development project's success by actively participating in meetings and providing input on HSE-related matters.
- Support the Operations Manager in addressing any HSE concerns or issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE documentation writing and validation.
- Proven expertise in HSE procedures, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
