Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our team at Bouygues Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
