About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electronics R&D Manager to join our team at POK SAS. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and technologies in the mechanical and electronics fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product development strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the design and development of new products and technologies, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop prototypes, and conduct testing and validation activities.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of new products and technologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D management, product development, and engineering leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical and electronics engineering, with expertise in design, development, and testing of products and technologies.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
