About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at CRIT Mitry-Mory. As a culinary expert, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary skills by preparing high-quality dishes for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the head chef.
  • Manage food supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Participate in menu planning and service.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A CAP/BEP in Cuisine or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in the culinary industry, preferably in hospitality or collective catering.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage stress.
  • Good physical condition and endurance.
