Job Title: ISHR & HR Project Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our Human Resources Directorate. As an HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR Data and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS): SuccessFactors, Workday, and 365 Talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the 2nd wave of Workday deployment in ATR (HR campaigns) as a Project Manager supported by ATR and Airbus teams.
  • Ensure HR Campaigns roll-out in Tools, on time and on quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to conduct accurate headcount reporting and develop advanced forecasts to support strategic HR and financial planning.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to generate strategic reports on workforce management, providing insights and recommendations.

About You:

  • Field of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management.
  • Proven experience in managing HR Information Systems, particularly Workday.
  • Experience leading or contributing to HR systems roll-out projects, preferably within a large organization.
