We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Consultant to join our team at Webhelp Medica. As a Healthcare Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing patient relationships and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Treating patient inquiries, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and empathetic manner
- Declaring pharmacovigilance cases and ensuring the safety of medications and medical devices
- Providing training to healthcare professionals on healthcare products and materials
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and telephone systems
- A competitive fixed salary of €32,000 per year
- A 35-hour workweek with a maximum of 9 hours per day
