Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our food and beverage products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage venues, ensuring that all aspects of service, quality, and safety meet our high standards.
- Support all food and beverage outlets at the property, providing guidance and expertise to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- University/College degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a food and beverage management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ability to lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and drive high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local food and beverage market trends and preferences is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $78,000-81,000 USD Gross per year.
