**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our Payment Solutions and New Markets Financial Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling activities across the Business Line, ensuring the correct application of Group standard financial rules across the entities of the perimeter.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Month-end Closing**: Ensure timely reporting of results, perform analyses to ensure accuracy, and ensure month-end of central costs of the Business Line.
- **Financial Performance Management**: Guide and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes for entities under the PSNM scope, analyze consolidated business line results, and prepare business review decks.
- **Business Excellence**: Implement a robust cost monitoring framework, perform meaningful analyses to evaluate performance gaps, and develop efficient financial processes.
- **Controlling**: Ensure financial and analytical data accuracy, implement Group reporting rules, and perform in-depth analysis of financial performance.
- **Animation of Controlling Community**: Lead the FP&A/controlling community, provide technical reference for entities, and work closely with Group FP&A to simplify reporting structures.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 10 years of experience in management control or finance business partnering roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Excellent ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools.
- Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management knowledge is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe.
- Ability to challenge and be a partner to the local management team.
- English fluency (both spoken & written) is required.
