Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator Assistant

At Kellogg, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Supply Chain Customer Service & Logistics team as a Supply Chain Coordinator Assistant. This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2025, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders while optimizing our costs. This role will provide you with a comprehensive view of the Supply Chain, and you will work closely with sales forecasters, customer service teams, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer performance and produce indicators of logistical performance (service rates, stock coverage), and analyze logistical penalties.
  • Prepare customer meetings (telephone and physical) to communicate on at-risk products.
  • Coordinate customer information requests or implementation (EDI flows, dematerialization of invoices), update logistical customer databases.
  • Manage stock shortages with internal departments (Commercial, Demand Planning, Business Execution, Front Office), as well as operational logistical requests with our customers.
Requirements
  • You are in your 1st or 2nd year of engineering school or Master's degree (a specialization in logistics and a logistics internship in the food industry would be a plus).
  • Your analytical skills, rigor, curiosity, and ability to take initiatives will be valuable assets for the success of your missions.
  • You have an advanced level of English that will allow you to respond to emails and attend meetings with ease.
  • Finally, you are comfortable with computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
