Position OverviewUpon joining, you will become part of our Banking Advisory Division, which consists of 110 professionals, specifically within the Risk practice that addresses various issues related to Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk, and more, along with the frameworks for measuring, managing, and overseeing risks in accordance with regulatory standards.
Your Role:
You will join the team as a Senior Manager to enhance our offerings in Credit and/or Counterparty Risk. In this capacity, you will support risk management departments through several high-value mission types:
- Assisting in the establishment of risk management and oversight frameworks (Review of internal models, Stress Testing, RWA Optimization...)
- Contributing to impact analysis and the implementation of new regulatory standards
- Leading strategic project management and aligning risk and finance sectors
- Participating in the enhancement or design of new IT systems for data production related to Risks
- Additionally, contributing to Sustainable Finance initiatives focusing on Governance, Climate/ESG Risks, and Benchmarking
You may also engage in the development of the Risk division in various aspects based on your interests (regulatory monitoring, drafting commercial proposals, recruitment, internal activities, training...).

You hold a Master’s degree, possess a consultancy-oriented profile, and have at least 8 years of professional experience gained in a consulting firm and/or a financial institution focusing on regulatory issues.
