About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Responsabilité Populationnelle Coordinator to join our team at the CENTRE HOSPITALIER INTERCOMMUNAL DE CORNOUAILLE. As a key member of our public health team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing population health initiatives that promote health and well-being in our community.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in public health, with experience in coordinating health programs and services. You will be responsible for working closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective health promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement population health initiatives, including health promotion programs and services.

  • Work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective health promotion strategies.

  • Conduct health needs assessments and develop recommendations for health promotion programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health or a related field.

  • Experience in coordinating health programs and services, preferably in a public health setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for health promotion programs and services.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
