The Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team is responsible for overseeing the global implementation, coordination, and steering of operational risk management and Level 1 control frameworks. The team aims to improve the setup by implementing new tools, adopting a stronger risk-based approach, and enhancing data quality in the controls' repository.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of new tools for risk monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of a risk-based approach using activity, business process, and risk analysis.
- Enhance data quality in the controls' repository.
- Assist in the daily use of new tools by team members.
- Conduct data quality checks and post-migration testing to ensure comprehensiveness.
- Implement reporting dashboards.
- Identify and promote best practices.
- Manage blueprints for risk tracking and monitoring.
- Assist in updating the repository of controls to improve their description and execution.
- Study specialization in Audit/Risk/Internal Control is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Good organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent English (another language is welcome).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
- Master 2 level required.
- Start date in September.
- 12-month contract.
