Mission

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Chargé(e) de service client et supply chain pour renforcer notre équipe SAV/Supply chain.

Compétences requises
  • Excellente orthographe
  • Polyvalence et rigueur
  • Dynamisme et état d'esprit positif
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (un plus)
Missions
  • Répondre aux demandes des clientes, les conseiller, les accompagner par mail et par téléphone
  • Participer aux réflexions et être force de proposition pour améliorer constamment l'expérience cliente
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et l'optimisation du site web et de l'interface SAV
  • Contribuer à mettre en place un CRM pour accompagner au mieux nos clientes et personnaliser l'expérience
  • Accueillir les clientes au showroom de Jolibump
  • Participer à la mise en place d'une gestion efficace et précise des stocks
  • Participer à la préparation et l'envoi des commandes aux clientes
  • Gérer et suivre les demandes de retours et échange
  • Participer au développement du réseau de distribution de Jolibump en France et à l'international
  • Faire de la veille sur les boutiques et concepts adaptés à l'offre Jolibump
  • Participer à la logistique et à la production des shootings photos et des événements
Profil

Etudiant(e) en école de commerce, vous êtes polyvalent(e), rigoureux(se) et dynamique.

Vous aimez la mode et avez envie de vous impliquer dans une marque aux valeurs fortes.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus pour ce poste.

Vous aimez travailler dans des petites équipes dynamiques avec un état d'esprit positif.

Et vous avez envie de vous engager et de nous rejoindre pour porter ce projet avec nous

Stage temps plein basé à Marseille (6e).
