Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join Stone Sourcing AG, one of the world's leading providers of enterprise open source solutions.

This role is pivotal as we expand our capabilities to manage both Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows servers for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server management, cloud technologies, and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive impact study on the integration of Windows servers into our existing Application Automation Platform (AAP), assessing technical requirements, potential challenges, and solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients regarding the management of their Windows servers using the AAP, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of strategies and solutions derived from the impact study, ensuring best practices are followed for both RHEL and Windows server management.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for managing Windows servers within the AAP.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams on the use of AAP for Windows server management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a consulting role, with a focus on server management and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and experience with RHEL is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Application Automation Platforms (AAP) and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English.
