Youth Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Educator to support the educational activities at Afpa.

This role involves participating in educational programs, organizing group events, and assisting in the daily life of young individuals. The primary focus will be on developing their socialization, autonomy, integration, and overall development.

As a Youth Educator, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the educational team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
• Facilitating group dynamics and individual growth through various activities and initiatives.
• Promoting socialization and integration through engaging and interactive programs.
• Establishing partnerships with external organizations to enhance the educational experience.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the young individuals during outdoor activities.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of each individual's integration process.
