As a Data Analyst at Getaround, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of carsharing. Our mission is to make cities better places to live through sustainable mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and timely data collection and processing.
  • Own your data pipelines (SQL), including writing tests and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct deep exploratory analysis, working with stakeholders to define business problems, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide data-backed insights to the Trip Experience and Customer Support teams, driving improvements in user experience.
  • Design and monitor KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with team objectives.
  • Support the investigation of connected device issues, identifying opportunities for enhanced product performance.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Explore new tools and technologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities and drive a more data-driven culture.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Data/BI roles in a tech environment.
  • Background in quantitative fields (e.g., Maths, Statistics, Engineering, or Business) with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn more technical skills.
  • A prior experience in hardware product or customer support analytics is a strong plus.
  • A strong interest in product and a willingness to think about possible product improvements in your day-to-day interactions with any app.
  • Strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coding abilities, including experience with writing SQL queries, joining large datasets from multiple sources, and experience with R, Python, or other data-oriented programming languages.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to understand the fine technicalities of things.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex problems and explain the big picture in written and verbal form.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to work in English on a daily basis.
  • Environmental awareness and interest in mobility is a strong plus.
