Join SYCLEF as a Customer Service Manager
We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at SYCLEF. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of refrigeration systems, maintaining financial viability of the service, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Oversee technical and administrative maintenance activities
- Prepare technical proposals, generate estimates, and manage maintenance agreements
- Coordinate and optimize technician schedules
- Supervise teams and subcontractors
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
- Develop commercial service initiatives
- Monitor financial performance of the service
- Ensure team safety and adherence to regulations
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with a BTS or Engineering degree in refrigeration or HVAC. While entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, prior experience is advantageous. If you aspire to grow and excel in a nurturing environment, consider a position with us as a Customer Service Manager.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
