Meritis is a specialized consulting firm in digital transformation of organizations, founded in 2007 by Sébastien Videment. Initially based in Paris, the company has expanded to regions and now has a presence in major French cities: Sophia-Antipolis, Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Lille, and Lisbon, Portugal since 2023.

Meritis Finance

Meritis Finance is the entity responsible for all financial, insurance, and banking clients. Historically positioned for clients in financial markets and Corporate Banking (Banking and Investment, Asset Manager, and Financial Institution Services), we have also developed our expertise in Insurance and Retail Banking. We intervene within the largest financial institutions on the entire front-to-back chain, on the business side, project management, software development, application support, and project management.

Job Description


Your Missions

  • Identify project indicators for monitoring.
  • Regularly produce synthesis elements (milestones, charges, risks, project situation).
  • Propose support materials for committees to be presented in steering committees.
  • Prepare reports on steering committee meetings.
  • Perform cross-functional tasks with project managers.


Requirements

  • You hold a degree in engineering or a higher education diploma (Bac+5).
  • You have 3 to 6 years of experience as a PMO.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You are skilled in project management: planning, budget tracking, reporting, and team coordination.
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and communication quality.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Do you speak English?
