Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers, generating loyalty through regular doctor visits, and achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management
    • Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up to date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
    • Generate loyalty through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors' list.
    • Achieve and exceed the assigned sales target.
  • Implementation of Marketing Strategies
    • Effective planning of territory coverage and frequency.
    • Conduct continuous medical education and activities as defined in cycle meetings.
    • Keep oneself updated with scientific knowledge.
  • Stock Management, Competitor Information & Daily Reporting
    • Monitor stock levels at client level, communicate optimal stock management to needed stakeholders, keep a pro-active approach within sharing information within the company.
    • Provide regular feedback on competitor activity through market survey/field interaction.
    • Timely reporting of daily work through sales force reporting system.
  • Pharmacovigilance - Reporting
    • The Biocon employee/sales representative should follow and apply within 24 hours the standard Biocon PV approach if becoming aware about adverse events/side effects and/or incidents including lack of efficacy for Biocon products.
    • Pharmacovigilance department by any of the modalities (mail/web portal/fax/toll-free number/post) as per the details available on Initial report should reach to Pharmacovigilance department within 24 hours.
    • The Biocon employee/sales representative shall report any information received about the product quality issue for Biocon products to relevant QA (Quality Assurance) department of Biocon.

    • Competitive Awareness.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent Communication Skills in French and English.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors in Pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream.
    • Experience in pharma environment on similar position with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of therapeutic areas, legal and pricing regulations, and other specified and required to undertake this job position.
