Rattachement hiérarchique : Rapporte au Tech Lead ou au Deputy Tech Leader de la Practice Modern Work & Copilot.
Objectif du Poste : L'Architecte Microsoft Cloud au sein de la Practice Modern Work & Copilot est responsable de la conception, du déploiement, et de la gestion des solutions Microsoft 365, Windows, et Copilot. Il/elle aide les clients à adopter des environnements de travail modernes, sécurisés et évolutifs, tout en garantissant la conformité des solutions proposées aux besoins métiers spécifiques.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Conception de l'Architecture : Concevoir des architectures de déploiement des environnements Microsoft 365, Windows 11 et Windows 365 en intégrant des technologies modernes et sécurisées.
- Évaluation et Conseil Stratégique : Aider les clients à définir leur stratégie de déploiement d'appareils et d'applications, tout en garantissant la sécurité et la conformité des solutions. Utiliser le MAP (Microsoft Assessment and Planning) pour planifier les migrations.
- Supervision de l'Implémentation : Superviser la mise en œuvre des solutions, notamment les migrations Tenant to Tenant, migrations Exchange, et la gestion des Windows Virtual Desktop, tout en veillant à la performance et à la sécurité des infrastructures.
Compétences Requises :
- Techniques : Maîtrise des technologies Microsoft 365, y compris Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, et OneDrive.
- Expertise en déploiement d'applications et gestion des appareils sur Windows 11, Windows 365 et Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Compétences en gestion des identités et conformité, y compris la mise en œuvre de politiques de sécurité et de gestion des accès.
- Expérience en migrations Tenant to Tenant et migrations Exchange.
- Automatisation des processus avec PowerShell.
Certifications : Certifications Microsoft 365 ou Microsoft Modern Work de niveau avancé (ex. : Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
Langues : Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
Formation : Diplôme BAC+5, Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel, ou domaine technique pertinent.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception et l'implémentation de solutions Microsoft 365 et Windows, avec un focus sur les environnements de travail modernes.
Qualités Requises : Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement agile et orienté résultats. Forte orientation client avec une approche proactive pour proposer des solutions innovantes. Autonomie dans la gestion des architectures cloud et le suivi des projets.
Évolution du Poste : Ce poste ouvre des possibilités d'évolution vers des rôles de leadership technique, tels que Deputy Tech Leader ou Tech Leader, en fonction des performances et de l'expertise développée au sein de SILAMIND – BU Microsoft Cloud & AI de SILAMIR Group.
