Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Specialist:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for children and their parents, fostering trust and confidence.
- Design and implement engaging daily activities in collaboration with the team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during sleep times.
- Participate in childcare duties, including feeding, bathing, and soothing children.
- Monitor children's physical and emotional health, reporting any concerns to the team.
- Attend team meetings and, when necessary, engage in discussions with parents.
- Collaborate with the medical and psychological teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to crèche events and decorations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the crèche and its facilities.

Requirements:
You hold a CAP in Early Childhood Education or a BEP in healthcare and social services, with a minimum of one year of experience working with children.
Ideally, you have two years of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.
