Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing projects within the Natural Raw Materials sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement projects within the Natural Raw Materials sector, in accordance with the needs of the Purchasing Department.
• Implement sector development projects initiated and validated by the Purchasing department, in accordance with suppliers, and companies needs and customer orientations.
• Ensure monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects.
• Develop and implement new natural Raw Materials sectors meeting the needs of the Purchasing Department.
• Study the sectors: carry out sector diagnostics, structure and monitor the organization of the sectors.
• Evaluate suppliers / natural raw materials on the basis of the CSR questionnaire and analyze the results.
• Occasionally, purchase natural raw materials, particularly as part of the development of certain sectors.

Requirements

• BAC+4/5 degree from an Agricultural or Agronomic Engineering School.
• Experience in purchasing and abroad.
• Fluent in English (level B2) and at least one other language used in developing countries.
• Good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, organized and analytical.
• Recognized for your autonomy.
