Exciting Opportunity for a Social Care Assistant
The ADMR organization is currently in search of a caring and committed COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER to provide assistance in various locations.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER
Permanent Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support individuals with vital daily tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
- Ensure a tidy and safe living space.
- Offer social engagement through outings, recreational activities, and help with administrative duties and appointments.
- Track the individual’s development and provide necessary stimulation.
This role requires working one weekend every two or three weeks. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment are available. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
QUALIFICATIONS- A Diploma in Social Life Support (DEAVS) or a comparable qualification is required.
- Prior experience is advantageous, but newcomers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be self-sufficient, organized, possess excellent interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, be adaptable, and work well in a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary.
- This is a permanent position offering competitive remuneration.
- Work will be conducted in various locations.
