About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to join our team at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus that showcase our hotel's unique character and style
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create pairing opportunities and enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of bar promotions and events
